Now you’ve identified the business opportunity, you need to get crystal clear on who your target customer is - the specific group of people who want and can benefit from the product or service your business will offer - this is our focus in Day 2.
DAY 3 - DEFINE YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE
In Day 3 we define your ’star quality’ - the unique features of your offering that set it apart from competitors, and make it extra appealing to potential customers, even when they have other options available to them.
DAY 4 - DEVELOP YOUR BUSINESS MODEL
In Day 4 we define your business model - looking at the value exchange between your business and your customer, and how your income and expenses balance to create profit - essential for a successful business.
DAY 5 - DEEP DIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP WORKSHOP
On Day 5, we’ll be hosting a deep dive workshop, covering 4 critical skills for entrepreneurs - entrepreneurial resilience, staying safe online, the Launch League canvas, and how to develop a winning pitch.
